I started out working with Miranda and was really struggling with my energy levels, was weaning from breastfeeding my second child that was back to back after my first. I felt like my body was needing more from me and I was experiencing fatigue, trying to workout too much, not eating enough food or the right foods at the right time. I started the program with: intestinal parasites, spotting through all over the month, breast tenderness, big mood swings, low iron, low energy levels, really bad sleeping (Miranda is that all?). I started following Miranda in November of last year. I read into her research and was instantly hooked but didn't know where to start or how to get into the flow of things. Once she opened her "virtual doors" I ran to her!

I was struggling with acne, bloating, brown blood at the beginning of my period and complications with my stools. I had endless dessert cravings. I was drinking coffee before breakfast and not eating until lunchtime.

I incorporated the supplements that Miranda recommended, I started eating 3 full meals & (surprisingly) drinking less coffee. I also modified my workouts based on the different phases of my cycle. I'm now having multiple stools a day, my face has cleared up, I've found myself turning down desserts/sweets (never thought this would happen), and the brown in my period has stopped! And I've lost 3 pounds in the process.

Before starting working With Miranda my period was 14 days long, heavy and large blood clots, I was having breast tenderness and acne, low energy, very bad cramps for days and back pain. My period is now down to 7-8 days, much lighter periods, no acne, breast tenderness is rare. I do still have cramps and back pain which I am working on but it's only for a day now. I used to be in tears because I was so frustrated with how long my period lasted but thanks to this program I don't need to cry about this anymore. I still have work to do but I am feeling so much better and can see a light at the end of the tunnel.

Having period problems as an athlete can make it really difficult to perform your best. But after learning about what my body is trying to tell me through my period and giving it what it needs to thrive, I’ve noticed a huge difference! These resources have been a game changer and I’ve never felt better!

I think the biggest thing I’ve learned is that periods shouldn’t mean “pain.” You can live your life symptom free.

You are not alone and you will not be disappointed or go wrong learning and looking into your hormones or what your body actually does or needs as a woman. You’d be surprised by the things you didn’t learn in school or from your general practitioner. There is so much more behind the scenes and your body is always telling you something!

 I had been experiencing 2 periods a month for roughly 1.5 years. After many talks with my Dr (and it leading nowhere) I was very skeptical about the program - thinking I’d be suffering from PMS or my period at all times and nothing would work. After only 3 months of coaching and supplements, I had my first “normal” period month. I have been back on track with one period a month ever since. I learned so much about supporting my hormones, about orgasms, supplements and foods that support my hormones, and taking it easy with workouts because it doesn’t have to be ON ON ON all the time - women have to take time to take it slow during the end of the mitral and the menstrual phase. And learning how each cycle works is all information I didn’t know that I’m glad I do now. And when I stopped using birth control and had my first period without painful cramps, I couldn’t believe it. I was waiting for the other shoe to drop but it never did A friend told me about Miranda’s program. I had really painful cramps during my cycle for years before I started taking birth control, and Miranda was very convincing that I can have a painless period when I eat and exercise to support my hormones. It took several months for me to get the hang of a lifestyle that is so different from what every other fitness coach talks about. It’s crazy that menstruating women aren’t included in these studies. Now that I’m exercising and eating to support my hormones, I had the first period without excruciating cramps ever and I wasn’t on birth control. That was a game changer for me, and was such a relief. I feel like I can finally have control over the pain and conquer my period so it’s a time for self-care, not bare-knuckling through the pain.

 Miranda was and is so supportive, kept me accountable, and knows her shit. I’m forever grateful for her help, and for any woman who has a painful period like I did, I want them to know it doesn’t have to be pain once a month, every month, for the rest of their lives.
